Losing weight is not an easy task but it's worth doing, weight is manageable and can be controlled by all. There are numerous ways to how to lose weight with ease and I am going to take you through most of the method knew to men today.
Losing weight Is a decision that must be taken by the person involved. It can never be taken for someone else. Don't ask why? It's a stressful situation and usually makes someone board and can even lead to depression if not properly manage.
I'll stress two things that would help reduce weight.
Firstly, dieting, Increasing your protein intake, and lowing your calorie intake prevails more than exercise, going out for work every day, and eating many calories can't reduce your weight. When dieting to reduce weight you must reduce these intake:
- Pounded Yam
- Indomie noodles: indomie noodles calories is 320 calories (kcal)
- White rice
- Jollof rice
- Excessive drinking of milk
- Eating before and after a workout

Controlling your eating habits will definitely bring about weight loss, taking fruits continually, and limiting your food intake are the keys to reduce weight.
If you are serious about weight loss you should consider these fruits:
Berries: They are rich in fibre, which fills you up quickly and antioxidants like Vitamins. Berries are very sweet and can be found in Nigeria's major supermarket.
Mangoes: They are rich in vitamin C, fibre, and pectin making it a perfect fruit for weight loss, it also controls high cholesterol levels.
Avocado: They are rich In nutrients minerals, fibre, vitamins. It has a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids, which can assist to decrease belly fat.
Note: it's popularly referred to as foreign pear. Most people don't know Avocado, the see it as pear.

Secondly, Exercise, have you asked yourself. When last did I have a walk? When last did I go on jogging? It's not expensive to exercise, it can be done free of charge, you don't need to be a gym guy. if you go to the gym from day zero to day six for a week, I think it is good. Going to the gym is not a prerequisite for weight loss.
Like I said earlier, you can do your exercise free without spending money on gym registration.
• You can start your exercise by walking out for 30 minutes before increasing it to 1 hour every day. Working out too much can affect your health and can be discouraging so it has to be timely.
• Jogging can bring weight loss but should be done with others, it's not advisable for someone to go on jogging alone and should be done continually and constituency.
• Squats can be done indoors and outdoors, you really need it because it can be done at home, you don't need to go to the gym.
• Step-Ups can be helpful as well and can be done at home. You can include your dumbbells when doing step-ups, you can hold the dumbells on your hands as your step-ups, I think it's fun.
• Incline Pushups can be done from home and it's a great exercise, it helps build the body and reduces weight.
• Overhead Presses is mostly done in this part of the world, overhead press or shoulder press is popularly called weight carrying, it's a good weight training exercise that helps reduce weight.
