How to lose weight with ease



Losing weight is not an easy task but it's worth doing, weight is manageable and can be controlled by all. There are numerous ways to how to lose weight with ease and I am going to take you through most of the method knew to men today.


Losing weight Is a decision that must be taken by the person involved. It can never be taken for someone else.  Don't ask why? It's a stressful situation and usually makes someone board and can even lead to depression if not properly manage.


I'll stress two things that would help reduce weight.


Firstly, dieting, Increasing your protein intake, and lowing your calorie intake prevails more than exercise, going out for work every day, and eating many calories can't reduce your weight. When dieting to reduce weight you must reduce these intake:

  • Pounded Yam
  • Wheat
  • Fufu/Akpu
  • Indomie noodles: indomie noodles calories is 320 calories (kcal)
  • White rice
  • Jollof rice
  • Margarine
  • Mayonnaise
  • Excessive drinking of milk
  • Eating before and after a workout


And things you should start taking to reduce weight are these:

Controlling your eating habits will definitely bring about weight loss, taking fruits continually, and limiting your food intake are the keys to reduce weight.


If you are serious about weight loss you should consider these fruits:


Berries: They are rich in fibre, which fills you up quickly and antioxidants like Vitamins. Berries are very sweet and can be found in Nigeria's major supermarket.


Mangoes: They are rich in vitamin C, fibre, and pectin making it a perfect fruit for weight loss, it also controls high cholesterol levels.


Avocado: They are rich In nutrients minerals, fibre, vitamins. It has a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids, which can assist to decrease belly fat.

Note: it's popularly referred to as foreign pear. Most people don't know Avocado, the see it as pear.

The difference between Avocado and Pear is Avocado is a species of a plant while Pear is a genus of plants.


Pear: They are rich in fibre pectin, which can aid in successful digestion. pear calories: 100, Carbs: 27 grams; Fiber: 6 grams; Vitamin C: Protein: 1 grams and they are fat-free. 


Olive and Olive Oil: They are rich in oleic acid which aids in the breakdown of excess fats in the body. So you've to consider using Olive Oil then your ordinary oil.


Apples: They are rich in vitamin C, fiber, and various antioxidants. Also very good for a healthy lifestyle. 


Bananas: They are rich in filling fiber, Zinc(skin rebuilding), and potassium.


Watermelon: They are rich in potassium, Vitamin A, B6 & C, magnesium. Watermelon has other heart-healthy components that include citrulline, lycopene, and other vitamins and minerals.

Note: The watermelon seeds are as rich as the watermelon.


Grapefruit: They are rich in phosphorus, potassium, vitamin C, and folate. Grapefruit can boost body metabolism and burn extra fat.


Plantain: They are rich vitamins A, C, & B6, fiber and magnesium, and potassium. Plantain is great for burning fat.


Lemons: They are rich in vitamin C and citric acid but contains small amounts of iron.

Adding Lemons to water help a lot in the flatting stomach.


Papaya (Pawpaw): They are rich in vitamin C &  E and antioxidants. Antioxidants like beta-carotene that help prevent skin from free radical damage and keeping skills from aging.


Oranges: They are rich in vitamin C, folate, thiamine, and potassium. Orange is a citrus fruit that contains a fat battling compound known as flavones. 


Pineapple: They are rich in calcium, vitamins A & K, phosphorus, and zinc.

Pineapple can boasts digestive enzymes in the body to help ease setting down the stomach.


Cucumber: They are rich in vitamin C, manganese and beta-carotene, flavonoids, triterpenes, and lignans. They can also fight cancer and lower risks of heart diseases.


Carrot: They are rich in vitamins A & K and fibre. Carrots are good for the eyes as well. 


Coconut: They are rich in vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5 & B6, fibre, and minerals including selenium, sodium, iron, phosphorus, and magnesium. It's highly nutritious while Coconut Oil is high in fatty acids and should not be used for weight loss


Secondly, Exercise, have you asked yourself. When last did I have a walk?  When last did I go on jogging? It's not expensive to exercise, it can be done free of charge, you don't need to be a gym guy. if you go to the gym from day zero to day six for a week, I think it is good. Going to the gym is not a prerequisite for weight loss. 

Like I said earlier, you can do your exercise free without spending money on gym registration.


• You can start your exercise by walking out for 30 minutes before increasing it to 1 hour every day. Working out too much can affect your health and can be discouraging so it has to be timely. 

• Jogging can bring weight loss but should be done with others, it's not advisable for someone to go on jogging alone and should be done continually and constituency. 

• Squats can be done indoors and outdoors, you really need it because it can be done at home, you don't need to go to the gym. 

• Step-Ups can be helpful as well and can be done at home. You can include your dumbbells when doing step-ups, you can hold the dumbells on your hands as your step-ups, I think it's fun.

• Incline Pushups can be done from home and it's a great exercise, it helps build the body and reduces weight.

• Overhead Presses is mostly done in this part of the world, overhead press or shoulder press is popularly called weight carrying, it's a good weight training exercise that helps reduce weight.
